SUMMARY

Our client an independent pub restaurant chain, serving the finest freshly made food is looking to recruit a Sous Chef. Using only the finest local ingredients and the kitchen garden you will produce seasonal dishes.

 

As Sous Chef you will work within a team consisting of a Head Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chefs and kitchen porters, you will work closely with the Head Chef producing high standard food and also get involved in creating the seasonal menus.

 

You will need to have the relevant cooking skills and experience and ideally, will have worked as a Sous Chef in a similar establishment or alternatively be ready to step into this position having had experience of working for a high calibre hotel or restaurant in a more junior role.

 

Hours are 11am to close, based on a 4 and a half day working week which includes weekends.
