Business Development Manager [PA055]

The Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets within the healthcare division, finding new customers, following up on leads and proactively generating activity to drive sales.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. To provide a business support to the Company Directors to ensure the smooth running of the Company’s healthcare and education programmes;

  2. Develop and manages the business for Chinese customers to increase sales of the Company’s programmes

  3. Contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets;  

  4. Discusses Chinese customer’s requirements

  5. Carries out surveys and analyses Chinese customers’ reactions to the Company’s training programmes; · 

  6. Compiles and analyses sales figures prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities and undertake market research; · 

  7. Develop new and existing Chinese customers base throughout overseas

  8. Achieve Activity targets in line with company policy

  9. Complete and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as required

  10. Remain current with external conditions (customers, competitors, business trends, new business developments, service rates and practices) so as to optimise the effectiveness of new business development activities

  11. Promote a positive and professional attitude in the office and ensure the high standards required by the Company for customer service are maintained

  12. Any other duties as directed by the CEO
