Our client one of the country’s finest 5-star hotels, which includes a luxurious spa, championship golf course, state of the art conference facilities and award-winning restaurant is looking to recruit an Event Coordinator.

 

You will be an exceptional individual who is passionate about providing first class customer service to exceed guests expectations.

 

You will have a welcoming personality to make the guest's event an experience to remember. As Events Coordinator you will deal with all sales enquiries concerning weddings, functions & conferences.

 

Responsibilities will include meeting clients, producing quotations, contracts and invoices and function details. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your events experience within a 5* environment.

 

You must be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the hotel/conference industry and high-level skills in diary management, telephone sales, communication and customer service. In addition, you will have experience in a sales orientated role where monthly budgets and targets have been achieved.

 

Good administration, IT skills and attention to detail are also required. 

 

Candidates must be able to deal with a wide range of corporate and private clientele in a confident and professional manner.
